Erin quickly ascended the ranks with the Sysco Corporation starting as a Marketing Associate in East Texas to Senior National Accounts Manager Retail for Canada, Mexico and the United States with Sysco Corporate. In addition, she was responsible for the training, growth and development of other potential leaders within the company. Erin has once again risen to new heights as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Pomegranate Technologies as well as starting her own consulting firm where she uses her expertise to support companies like Crumbl. Erin has also lent her expertise to the Texas State School system by sitting on the Board as an advisor and curriculum builder for the hospitality program.
Erin’s hard work and knowledge in her field have garnered many awards along the way. She earned the East Texas Sales Rep of the Year, she was awarded the IFDS Rising Star recipient, and the UniPro 40 under 40 Award in 2024.
While attending Oakfield, Erin earned a Division One volleyball scholarship to Niagara University. Erin continues to show her passion for athletics by coaching OA Girls Youth Basketball and Oakfield’s Girls Little League Program. In addition, Erin started her own sports club in 2023 called Elite Sports Group, which has girls and boys basketball and girls softball travel teams. Her club provides opportunities for local youth across 7 counties and 15 area schools, but is predominantly Oakfield student athlete based.
